Q. What is the difference between an independent
agent and a captive agent?
A. An independent agent represents many
companies. We are able to recommend the company that offers the best
rates for the coverages you need. A captive agent works for one company and has access only to those
products.
Q. I
am a small business owner. Can I get group health coverage
for my employees?
A. Group rates are available to
the small business owner if you have two or more employees who
work 30 hours plus per week. This can include a spouse as
long as both are on the payroll and your business files
quarterly returns.

Q. If
I died or became disabled today, would my family be able to keep
your house and savings?
A. Death or disability is the
cause of 46% of all mortgage foreclosures in the U.S.
Mortgage protection benefits and term life coverage are
affordable ways to protect your family and your investments.
A 32 year old non-smoking male in good health can qualify for a
$250,000 term policy for only $13.36 per month. Can you
afford not to have coverage!
Q. What is no fault
insurance?
A. In Kentucky, no fault insurance is the part of
your auto insurance policy that pays medical bills, regardless who is
at
fault.
Q. What will insurance
companies look at to determine my auto insurance rates?
A. Driver age and sex, usage of
vehicle, vehicle type and age, credit rating, previous accidents and violations (available through state
records)

Q. If I borrow my
friends vehicle and have an accident whose insurance pays?
A. Insurance follows the vehicle
and not the driver. The owner of the vehicle would be responsible for making the
claim on his policy. Be careful who you lend your vehicle to!
Q. What is
uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage?
A. This is the part of your
coverage that protects you if the other driver is at-fault and he
or she is not carrying any insurance; or his or her liability
coverages are not enough to cover your actual medical bills.

Q. Do homeowners
policies cover Earthquake and Flood damage?
A. Flood insurance must be
